Finding the others since 2017
Still curious. Still becoming.
Since 2017, we’ve been finding more humans looking for a deeper relationship with technology. People drawn to the edges of perception, and to what art, tech, and science can teach us about consciousness.
The Society is where those paths meet. We create spaces to experience, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. What begins as curiosity becomes a conversation, a collaboration, or a practice we carry forward.

we build next.
The Society is shaped by the people in it. Every member can back the ideas on the Council board, and Reality Hacker members and above can put forward their own: themes, speakers and what the Nexus builds next.

Before you step in
A little clarity.
A lot of possibility.
Still wondering about something?
Ask us directly01What is the Cyberdelic Society?
A community exploring how art, technology, and science can deepen our relationship with ourselves, each other, and the world. Since 2017, we have been creating spaces for shared experiences, conversation, and collaboration, online and in person.
02What does ‘cyberdelic’ mean?
It describes the meeting of technology and expanded perception. Immersive art, sound, mixed reality, and other tools can invite us to see and feel differently. We explore what those experiences mean, and how to bring what we learn into everyday life.
03Do I need to be an artist, researcher, or developer?
Curiosity is enough. You can come to experience the work, ask questions, or find people who share your interests. Our gatherings bring different perspectives together; you do not need a technical background to take part.
04What types of events do you host?
Showcases to experience immersive work, Hackathons to create together, Symposia to exchange research and ideas, Summits to connect across disciplines, and Salons for deeper conversations. Explore the calendar and event formats.
05How can I get involved?
Start with a free Cybernaut account, join a gathering, or subscribe to the newsletter. Share your work, offer your skills, or propose a chapter through our contribution pages. Participation can begin wherever your curiosity leads.
06How do I find and connect with other members?
The member network lets you discover people by city, name, or archetype and explore their listings. A free membership gives you access. You choose whether to join the directory and what your own listing shares.
07Does membership cost anything?
You can begin with a free Cybernaut account. Paid memberships open additional tools and learning resources. Some courses, event tickets, and recordings have their own access requirements; each page explains them. Compare memberships.
08Can I take part if there is no chapter near me?
Yes. Join online conversations, explore the network, and follow the calendar for digital events. In-person gatherings have their own locations. Explore local chapters when you want to meet closer to home.
09Can I start a local Cyberdelic Society chapter?
We welcome people who want to bring the community together locally. Start a chapter with your location and idea. A proposal is the start of a conversation with the team, rather than an automatic chapter launch.
10How does the Society connect to the wider Nexus?
The Society is where we find each other. The Academy supports learning, the Dojo supports practice, and Labs supports creation. Together they help a new experience become understanding, a lasting habit, or something we build and share.

There’s room for your curiosity.
Come as you are.
Grow with us.
Artists, technologists, researchers, and humans still finding their way. The next connection starts with showing up.
